WRESTLING,
EVERY SUNDAY.

Standing is our wrestling class — takedowns, grips, and the standing battle, taught live by a college wrestler. Adults & teens 13+, all levels, no experience needed.

Wrestling for BJJ

THE STANDING
GAME, TAUGHT
PROPERLY.

Almost nowhere teaches adults how to wrestle. School wrestling ends, and after that the standing game becomes the part of grappling everyone avoids — matches start on the feet, and most people's answer is to sit down.

Standing fixes that. Every Sunday is dedicated to wrestling built for grappling: takedowns, grip fighting, position, and pressure — taught by Scott, a college wrestler, through the same live, Constraints-Led Approach as the rest of our week.

It's part of the regular schedule and included in every membership — no add-on fee, no separate program.

Who It's For

THREE KINDS OF
PEOPLE SHOW UP.

GRAPPLERS

BJJ players whose ground game outruns their takedowns. A weekly wrestling practice is the fastest way to stop pulling guard by default and start choosing where the match happens.

FORMER WRESTLERS

Wrestled in high school or college and miss the room? This is a live practice with real hand-fighting and real pace — plus a whole gym of grapplers who want what you already have.

TOTAL BEGINNERS

Never wrestled a day? Tasks scale to your level, the same way they do in every class here. You'll be hand-fighting and working real positions your first Sunday.

How It's Taught

LIVE, LIKE
EVERYTHING HERE.

No dead drilling against a partner who falls over on purpose. Standing runs on the Constraints-Led Approach — live tasks with a starting grip, a goal, and rules that shape the problem, against a partner who's actually trying to win.

That's how wrestling has always been trained at a high level, and it's why the skill holds up when it matters — in rounds, in competition, on the feet against someone who doesn't cooperate.

Every match starts standing. Train the part everyone else skips.
